I am a Physicist working in the field of electronics. I have also done considerable work on micromachining for optical applications. In the following pages you will see pictures of electronic devices, micro mirrors which move, and links to other microdevice sites.

On the next page, there are pictures of chips I have designed including imagers, segmented mirrors, and shutters.

The types of micro devices that I have developed include CCD visible and infrared imagers, CMOS smart imagers, segmented micromirrors, and membrane mirrors for adaptive optics, microshutters, and tilt mirrors for laser beam steering.
